2. Orders & Contract

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products listed in your shopping cart.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability by our suppliers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if the supplier cannot fulfill it.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers to the customer.

Delivery times may vary and are approximate. Standard shipping within Greece usually takes 10–12 business days.

Shipping is free for all orders.

Hellasshopping.gr is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, customs, or shipping companies.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices shown on our website include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

5. Returns & Refunds

Since we operate via dropshipping, return policies depend on the supplier.

Customers must contact us via email before initiating a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery (unless defective).

Refunds are only issued after confirmation from the supplier. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was defective.

6. Product Information & Liability

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by our suppliers. Hellasshopping.gr is not liable for minor differences (e.g., color, packaging, or design).

We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the respective product.

7. Customer Obligations

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to incorrect addresses or missing information.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process customer data only to fulfill orders and provide customer service.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except with our suppliers and logistics partners for order fulfillment.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Greece.

Any disputes arising from the use of our website or purchases shall be settled in the competent courts of Greece.
